About Tamara Harris
Tamara Harris, CEO of Tamara Harris LLC is an accomplished transition expert, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and advocate. Bringing a global perspective to helping those in need, Tamara will guide you through all phases of your transition journey as she applies her business and social work expertise to help clients build resilience and move forward to the other side.
Through her coaching practice she has a proven track record of helping others in crisis to successfully navigate extremely challenging circumstances including prolonged and high-conflict transitions.
Beyond her impactful one-on-one coaching, Tamara’s prowess extends to group dynamics ranging from the micro to the macro, from “the house is burning” to long-term strategic planning. Tamara’s ability to ask the right questions in the right way effectively moves conversations to new depths, through break-through moments, and towards effective solutions.
Tamara received a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. She lived in Asia for 10 years and her career in international finance including time at both Deutsche Bank and Citigroup in Hong Kong as an equity research analyst. She has taught as an adjunct lecturer at New York University and has been published in the American Journal of Family Law.
